Note that we require a minimum 2 night stay on weekends, 3 nights on long weekends and generally longer for school holidays (usually 7 nights). We offer a discount for stays of 7 nights or more and there are no charges for additional guests.

Our standard rates are $1250 per night with a minimum of 2 nights (and longer for holiday periods and long weekends).
